Information for the processing of personal data
Gold Fixing S.r.l., with a registered office in Viale Felice Cavallotti 29/D – CAP 35124 Padova (PD), CF and VAT 04626650289 (hereinafter “Data Controller“), as data controller, informs you according to art. 13 D.Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code“) and art. 13 UE Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:
1. Subject of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying personal data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank references and payment methods) – subsequently, “personal data” or “data“) communicated by you to the Data Controller when concluding the contract for the disposal of used valuables.
2. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed:
A) also without your expressed consent (art. 24 lett. a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Purposes:
– conclusion of the purchase and sale contract with the Data Controller;
– fulfillment of the legal obligations imposed by art. 128 of the TULPS;
– compliance with the anti-money laundering obligations provided for by Legislative Decree 92 (90 for professional gold operators) of 25 May 2017;
3. Methods of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations shown in art. 4 Codice Privacy and art. 4 n. and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. . Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the contractual purposes and, possibly, for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for marketing purposes.
4. Access to data
Your data may be accessible for the following purposes:
– to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or companies, as people in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
– public authorities to monitor and verify compliance with legal obligations
5. Communication of data
Your data will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties unless, on request, to the supervisors.
6. Data protection from unauthorized third party access
Personal data are preserved:
– online by Shellrent Srl with the following methods and means (linux hosting, mysql database);
– printed by the Data Controller in protected archives and identified by pseudonyms.
7. Rights of the subject
As a data subject, you have the rights according to art. 7 Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights provided for and, where applicable, also the rights referred to in art. 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.
